Cancellation
Policy for Bearcat Mountain Lodge:
If lodge reservations are cancelled at least 14 days before your reservation
you will receive a refund of your deposit less $50.
If we do not have at least a 14 day notice of cancellation,
you will lose your deposit. We will not negotiate on this policy.
