The deck, and screened-in sleeping porch at Bearcat Lodge are perhaps the "pièce de résistance" of the entire Bearcat Lodge experience!  Running the entire length of the Lodge, the deck is just outside the great room. What could be better than relaxing or dining on an Ozark mountain-top under a canopy of leaves in the Summer,  or, observing the brilliant colored leaves in the Fall from your own private Bearcat Mountain?  The Winter views of the Black River with the Ozark Mountain range in the background are simply spectacular.

Grill and dine outdoors, or catch some sun on a beautiful day.  The deck has a charcoal Weber Kettle grill, a picnic table that will seat 6 to 8, an Adirondack style bench and a patio table with umbrella and four chairs. 

Grab a book and have a peaceful afternoon in the screened in sleeping porch.  For those that like the experience of sleeping outdoors in a bug free environment, catch your zzzz's inside the sleeping porch on the full futon.
